Intentional Time

One of the reasons we enjoy unschooling around the world with our family is the genuine time we have with our children.
.
Time to cultivate and nurture our relationships.
.
Honesty, the unschooling principles fail if we neglect to be involved. If we leave them to figure out life on their own and we all simply entertain our own interests, then we’re doing nothing more than cohabitating.
.
We must walk alongside each other and view our time together as a building up of one another . . . a strengthening of life, joy, love and not solely from an academic point of view.
.
Think about the earth’s climate and how it so easily changes. Now view your relationships from this same perspective. What are you taking time to nurture and what seeds are you planting throughout your days?
.
How can your involvement in your children’s lives change the climate within your family? Can this change spill over to other families till the whole world is rooted in love, strengthened and made new?
.
Take this opportunity to gather together as a family, read about Antonio Vicente the man who ? planted a ? tree and grew a rainforest in Brazil ??, and ask each other what seeds in life can you plant as a family that will impact the world ?
